Since March of 2020 we have watched Governor Andrew Beshear violate our rights and lose in court. His actions have been ruled as unconstitutional by federal courts. In 2021 a citizen petition was filed which forced the House of Representatives to form an Impeachment Committee to consider articles of impeachment. The Republican House leadership hand picked the committee members. These committee members admitted that Beshear violated our Constitution, but violating the Constitution is not actually against the law, and previous governors have also violated the Constitution. Ultimately, the committee did not recommend impeaching Beshear.
The next governor election will take place in November of 2023. This election will be special, because the governor could serve a 5 year term, instead of a 4 year term, if a bill to eliminate odd year elections is passed. This is done to get our governor elections in sync with the presidential elections starting in 2028.
It is imperative that we impeach Beshear before the next governor election. Once he is impeached he can never hold elected office again. He has proven that he is unfit to hold any office by his disregard to the oath he took to uphold the Constitution.

Beshear abused his powers and violated our constitutional rights in Kentucky. He should have only been allowed to lock Kentucky down under emergency order for 30 days. He needs impeached. Also he has violated the rights of our children by paying our school boards in every county millions of dollars with the stipulation – to mask the children. Mandates are not laws! Old crow Mitch isn’t any better either. Follow the $$.
Beshear is a disgrace to Kentucky and the USA. He may as well hold hands with McConnell and they can both move to China. Kentucky had voter fraud we all saw it on CNN in live time. Also, he needs to reimburse Kentucky coffers for cost of his security details and building that stupid fence. The fence needs to go and so does Andy BesHitler.

I do not believe he was elected by the people but placed in the position to attack the United States constitution and to enslave the American citizens.
No one is above our laws. Our 1776 Constitution were laws made by our forefathers, and this country’s survival depends on enforcing those laws to enable equality and justice for all citizens in this country! I think it fair to say some have disobeyed these laws to make their own laws for their personal interest! Many people including myself feel we are paying the consequences of those broken laws! This governor has done nothing except placed burdens and hardships on our citizens, especially our children with his self made illegal demands! He has lost all credibility and Can no longer function in the interest of our citizens or state! We have the right to demand that he be impeached!
