Parents Know Best.  But, not everyone agrees.

Kentucky teachers unions and government-run schools want to control what, and how, your child learns.

That’s why hundreds of angry teachers want to kill School Choice legislation (HB 305), which frees parents to choose where and what children learn.

Where do Warren County’s elected representatives stand on this issue?  None publicly support parents and school choice legislation — yet.  And, it’s time we know where they stand.

That’s why we need your help.

Sign this petition today and tell Representatives Steve Sheldon, Michael Meredith, Shawn McPherson, Steve Riley and Jason Petrie that parents know what’s best for their children – not unions and not government-run schools.

The outcome of this fight will determine who makes decisions for our children at school – and what they should learn.

Your kids.  Your Choice.  Parents Know Best.

I am tired of the NEO / CCP agenda being brainwashed into our children / my grandchildren! Bring back history, proper math, English / grammar, proper books to read, cursive handwriting, how to conduct basic money handling skills, checkbooks, savings, working to earn.

Parents should have any and all rights when it comes to their childrens health and well being.

I believe parents should decide everything regarding their children, not anyone else. I also believe in school choice and that the money should follow the child

We the parents need a say in our children’s education. I would love for my tax money to pay for my child’s education. Of where I choose to send her.

I want my grandchildren to go to the school of their parent’s choice!

Parents know their children better than educators. Parents pay lots of taxes for their children to be educated and have always trusted that those educating their children were trustworthy. We all know this isn’t necessarily true anymore. Parents deserve getting to make this decision. These children are an investment in our future and our future leaders. We’ve dropped the ball somewhere and todays young adults no longer know how or want to work. We’ve got to do better and this is one way it can be accomplished in raising better kids!

I want parents to be able to have a choice in which type school their child attends. Public school is not always the best choice. The money should also follow the student to whichever school is chosen, whether private or not.

They’re our kids, it should be up to us what and how they’re taught.
