The future of our 2nd Amendment right to bear arms has come under attack by Washington DC many times over the last 4 decades. We must take a stand against the federal government’s increasing arbitrary restrictions against our rights, before it’s too late.
We need legislation in place which acknowledges that the 2nd amendment is indeed absolute, and “shall not be infringed”. We need to nullify ALL federal gun restrictions and bans, even those from 80 years ago.
Currently, BR171 is a bill set to be filed in 2022 legislative session. It purports to make Kentucky a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State against federal gun laws and bans, but it only applies to any new laws or bans that may come from DC in 2021 or later. Unfortunately, it is not actually ending any currently existing infringements on our rights to protect ourselves from any threat, foreign or domestic.

I’m sick and tired of tyrants telling me how to live my life. I’m not going to put up with being bullied. Period!
I’m a supporter of our rights
State/Local resources should not be enforcing unconstitutional federal gun control measures!
I believe in our constitution and our rights. I also believe the govt has no power over taking our rights or guns
I took the oath to preserve and protect the Constitution, it has no experation date.
My second amendment rights , LEAVE THEM ALONE
I am an American and any restriction on out 2nd amendment is un constitutional no matter what anyone says. The line has been drawn
I believe Kentucky should be a 2nd amendment sanctuary state
The RTKABA does not depend on ths 2A for it existence and is an absolute right. The 2A clearly prohibits any governmental limiting or interference with that right
The right to keep and bear arms should not be a question it’s our god given rights
