Discipline Judge Shepherd!

I don’t believe the government should tell me when to get a flu shot it wear a mask

This judge is one of many places in positions of power to attack the United States Constitution and to usher in a communist Anti-American government take over!!

I believe in the Constitutional Law of our Country and Politicians, Public Officials and Justices should uphold their vows that they swore to uphold. They should be held to their oath of office!!

I am signing because my buddy was in the wrong.

I am signing because the judiciary is elected by its constituents to uphold the Constitution of the United States & the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Should a member of the judiciary fail to do so, they should be disciplined at the very least.

I believe that judges must be held to a standard above politics. Judge Shepherd violated the sanctity of the office when he blocked a law legally passed by the elected representatives of this state’s citizens. He knew that the laws were constitutional, but blocked them anyway based on his relationship with the governor.

Checks and balances are what we need, not renegade judges

I am signing this petition in hopes that judicial malfeasance, misfeasance and violation of the Constitution in support of tyranny will be stopped.
