Clark County Citizens in Action
Indiana Election Laws allow for counties to manage elections in the following manner. It is up to us to encourage Clark County officials to utilize them. We are not trying to change any laws, the laws are already in our corner. This Petition is to DEMAND that the Clark County Commissioners implement the following in Clark County before the November 2022 election:
- Paper Ballots (as defined by IC 3-5-2-34.7, a “Paper ballot” refers to a ballot that is:(1) marked by a voter using a pen or pencil; and (2) designed to be counted by hand and not counted on an automatic tabulating machine (b) “Paper ballot” does not include a ballot card.),
- Paper Pollbooks (The County already receives these but does not use them. Electronic Poll Pads are on the internet, sending your BMV data across the county and state. Cybersecurity failures have allowed hackers to obtain your information),
- A hand count verification of ES&S Tabulators (which have proven to have errors), and
- Clerk of Clark County to publicly announce the results of the election BEFORE entering into the Election Management System (past elections prove that what the Clerk publishes online does not match what the Secretary of State publishes online).
We DO NOT CONSENT to electronic machines that are vulnerable to hacks and cybersecurity breaches. We DEMAND free and fair elections in Clark County!

Paper ballots are easier for everyone especially senior citizens
I am signing this petition because I do think paper ballots and paper pollbooks along with hand counted FAIR elections are so important to maintain our freedoms in this GREAT country AMERICA the beautiful.
Elections need to be counted correctly. Don’t trust the current set up.
We need to prevent self serving politicians to not be installed into government positions and candidates that are for we the people & hold up our constitutional rights.
I want every legal vote to be counted. I want a truly fair election.
I think electronic voting devices are at great risk for hacking thus enabling ID infringement and election interference.
I want fair elections. I have to know my vote counts.
