John Moody is the author of the Food Club and Co-op Handbook. After growing up with chronic ailments John discovered real nutrient-dense foods. The foods led him to the farms and companies that seek to produce real foods. These interactions led him to seek systems and solutions to making these foods accessible, affordable, and profitable for average families and farmers.
